I deposited $500 and initially received a bonus. I was able to withdraw $300 after some trading, but when I tried to withdraw another $350, my request was rejected. They cited an ‘external hedging issue’ without providing any proof. This has been very frustrating, and I feel like they are making excuses to avoid giving me my money.
